Used aperture priority f 4.5 to get shallow dof (ISO 200 i think) for the photograph of these flowers with raindrops on their petals. Cropped slightly in PSE and colour sat increased a little.
The redcurrants look perfect at the moment, hence the second shot. Similar setup to first pic, got down low to catch a bit of (rare) blue sky in the background. I love the shine on their skins!
I've added text to these pictures, what are peoples opinions on this? Are we purists who only want to see the image, or does the text add something? (I have saved versions without text too!!!)

love the photos and must say I didn't even notice the text to start with so certainly not distracting.

Have to agree with the other two didn't notice the text until I read your text - too busy admiring the photos. Personally though I prefer photos without text. Those redcurrants look yummy.
