Aldi Scrapbooking

Now I'm not ashamed to admit that i have shopped at Aldis for over 17 years, since going on maternity leave with Hannah, so i have picked up lots of bargains over that time. Now it seems that lots of people are changing their shopping habits to try and save while they spend. A week ago i picked up a scrapbook from Aldis (Harry's last one was nearly full) for the princely sum of £6.99. They only had baby ones to suit his pages, so i just sorted my layouts and put all the pages of Harry when he was really small in this book. As an added extra, some papers came with the book.I wasn't going to use them, but i thought i would have a go as part of a challenge.

I scraplifted a LO from this months Scrapbook Mag,and after a lot of tearing, inking and distressing i'm pleased with how the LO turned out for very little outlay. I also used the date stamp i bought at a Stampin' Up party a while back, i plan to use this on my 'journal your Christmas' book for this year. Hannah looks so cute at just a few days old with black hair! I might repeat the page for Katie's baby photo, as it has been sitting in my 'waiting to be scrapped' box for ages.
