I'm of the opinion that it isn't completely cheating, and i did change some of the designs suggested in the pack (mainly because i didn't read the instructions, and had used parts of the kit i shouldn't!), but maybe it is cheating a bit!! I did manage to make some lovely cards though!
As a scrapbooker lots of us buy and use kits.. is that cheating too? I would say not as the kits have a wide content, and there are lots of variations on a theme you could end up with. Some of the the crops i attend have a class and a kit, but the final LOs often differ widely.
So perhaps i'm all for 'cheating' (esp when it's cards and i will give them away anyway!) and this lush kit has helped me refill my stock of homemade cards for giving later in the year!
And by the way, after my gardening exploits earlier in the week, i could get out of bed the next day without painkillers, either i am fitter than i thought (unlikely) or the hot bath i had on Monday did the trick. :)
Off to a craft class tonight at Stampeezee, so i'll post what i make tomorrow. I get to play with alcohol inks, stamps and an acrylic mini book, just the sort of crafting i love!
