Trekkie News

Not sure whether you are aware of this, but as well as my interest in scrapbooking and photography i do have a mild obsession (if there is such a thing) with most things Star Trek. So when i heard that a new film was being made, i knew i would have to see it at the pictures. No good seeing one like this on DVD, i needed to appreciate the full effect on the big screen. We took Harry (a visit to the flicks is a common holiday treat for the Caldwells) but i can tell the girls are growing up now, as neither wanted to join us.

Well, I wasn't disappointed, it was exciting, great story, fab performances from the original Spock, and the younger version... and the best part were all the references to the original programme, put there especially to make us addicts smile!!! A really great afternoon.
Made another page this morning, These photos of Kev and Harry messing about by the water at Brandon Marsh have been waiting to be scrapped for ages. Used Cosmo cricket papers again (love those little caravans!) K&Co Remake cardstock, Prima Stamps and cut chipboard letters using Sizzix alphabars (Ransom)

Hosting a crop here tomorrow, so need to tidy up (again!)
