September Blues...

All teachers will know what i mean by this, the summer is over and there is a long, hard year ahead. Oddly for me though, i don't know what is ahead, which is probably why was up fretting at 5.30am. i can tell Autumn is on its way as it was still dark.

So today i need to investigate whether i can sign on, look again at the job ads (there have been none over the holidays), contact a supply agency, I'm going to use the one Kev worked with a couple of years ago, and maybe do some scrapping.

I did manage to get a page done last night, and it is a holiday photo, but one taken in 2008. Never mind, the story was about this years holiday, so i think i can count it as one page down... umpteen to go.

I used the K&Co Remake cardstock, mostly recycled, and lovely and smooth to stamp onto.

Stamps are Unity in the corners, and A Sassafrass stitched border. I made a button border for the photo using a Cuttlebug folder, and added buttons, and Thickers for the title. The journalling block is made from some Anna Griffin scraps, a SU notepad punch and a bit of distressing.

And i'm going to say this LO catches me up with the SLYMI challenge for week 31, old, new borrowed or blue, the photo and buttons are old!

Hi Ann - that September feeling isn't good! Good luck with the job hunting, I am sure it won't take long for you to find something permanent.

Ann

This layout has a bery big and definite WOW factor about it. I absolutely love it.

Good luck with the job hunting and please try not to stress too much about it - I'm well aware it's easier said than done though.
