Wot...is it February already?

Where on earth did January go? It is sad fact but in teaching one of the side effects is that you tend to wish your life away, looking forward from one holiday to the next one. So here i am 21 years later, asking where my youth went when i wasn't looking.

I have been asked to design a class for my local crop, so spent yesterday doing that, i hadn't done one before, so i hope all the instructions make sense... well they did to me when i typed them out. The class will run in March, so i will post the page at the time.

In the meantime here is a page i made at the Exhall crop a week or so ago. As cash is still short i have been taking my own stash and doing my own thing, but i liked the crop LO (by Clare) s much i used it as a sketch and made the above page. I had been saving the photo above for ages, taken as part of Cheryls PWL II course, and photoshopped heavily!

Flowers made from random cut, distressed and inked circles, and i used a very handy template to cut the flower frame. Title is die cut (Sizzix ) and there again is my lovely Martha Stewart punch, not just useful for Christmas. Talking of Martha Stewart there is a TSV coming up on QVC, and one of those at the crop had been sent a set of punches to try out... enough to say I can see me ordering these on the day!!!!

Ah well, only 2 weeks to half term :)
