since I posted a LO with Katie on it, and here is one I made a couple of weeks ago at a crop.
I used some old Basic Grey papers, tore out the middle and inked the reverse around the hole. Then i d
istressed these edges and rolled the inked edges in so they could be seen. The cardstock behind the hole is spotty, and the flowers were made by cutting some out of the paper, and for the others I used a scallop circle punch, and a Martha Stewart punch. Stamp is one from the new foam set I have, and the scallop border and birdie are from a set of Papermania stamps, one i found lurking in my bag at a crop. I must say that is another great thing about crops, as I am limited to what I can carry, I do tend to rummage in my bag for inspiration, and sometimes I find a little gem! Letters are BG, and I added a bit of glitter glue and some gems... all in all, a girly LO.
I did leave some space for journalling, but when it got to it, i couldn't think what to write (unlike me, I know!!) so the LO is still Blu Tacked up in the kitchen, waiting for an idea to hit me.
A full 5 days at work this week.... how will I cope?:)

such a beautiful page, and I love the distressing, it's sort of a pretty distressing, which I just love :)
Love the frilly effect of your distressing, it really matches Katie's sleeves. A very pretty LO!
