Never mind, tomorrow is Thursday, meaning the weekend is almost here again.A quick page to share with you, remember this post from a couple of weeks ago? Well these Tim Holtz papers seemed to fit the bill perfectly when it came to scrapping the photos. I've gone a bit Tim mad on the LO, all the bits and pieces are cut from his papers, and the title was made using his alphabet masks, inking the letters and cutting them out. I do like this method if the papers are lovely, as you get to see them (unlike stamping the alphabet, where they are covered), and the edges of the letters are nicely inked.
The chipboard frame is a Docrafts Christmas one, I used just over half of it, and before sticking it down drew round it with a pencil, pierced the paper, and stitched the rest of the frame. The frill is made using a long strip of paper punched with a Martha Stewart punch, pleated and stuck behind the paper.
Off to see Hannah in Derby at the weekend (and take up the things she has forgotten!)
