An early summer page

Summer started early last year with a very hot May half term. We got out and about a lot, so this page I made yesterday for the challenge on UKS this week is about our day in Tamworth. Unusually it includes a photo of me (taken by Katie) with Kev and Harry.

I used Cosmo Cricket embossed Core'dinations cardstock, and Papermania sherbert lemon papers, ribbon and buttons. The bunting is stamped using a Unity set, and the flowers are lollipop ones made using this method. Brads are lovely V&A ones (again Papermania), and title die cut . The crumpled ribbon at the bottom is seam binding from Stampeezee, I picked up a few metres of it a couple of weeks back for a bargain price!

I can tell that spring is on it's way we spent some time tidying the front garden yesterday, I think the back will have to wait until Easter.
