Not more Bunting?

As I looked at my photos taken on Friday, I remembered that i had kept the scraps from my bunting make in the bottom of my sewing box... well they were bound to come in handy for something weren't they?
So what better for a page about the Royal Wedding, than a set of mini bunting made from my leftover gingham? It took me ages to decide which papers to use, I didn't really want to go with the traditional red, white and blue, but after a good search through a ridiculous amount of stash, vintage papers, with bunting and a bit of stamping seemed to be the way to go. Supplies:

Papermania kraft ledger card
Tim Holtz papers
Stamps, Tim Holtz, Unity
Cosmic Shimmer mists in red and copper

Are you going to record the big day for your scrapbook?

your revamped blog is looking great, although i dont envy you the task of all that labelling.
Just picked up the Do Crafts goodie bag and it has a pack of Papermania Kraft card stock in it. I was wondering how to use it, but i see now how cool it could be on a background.

Perfect use of the fabric scraps - it's even the right colours for your cake. Your page has a lovely vintage-souvenir look about it.
