Halloween Page

This was a LO for a challenge on UKS, to use a new technique, and this sketch designed by a UKS member Mary Buttons.

Not having 3 small photos I used 2 recent ones taken of Katie at Halloween.

The panel on the left has been embossed using Tim Holtz folders, and then sanded to reveal a purple core. My new technique was to punch all over the page using a new Martha Stewart punch. I liked the effect but it was hard going to punch all of a 12x12 piece of card!

The title was made using a Papermania die and foam, along with a Sizzix embosslits die and some more sanding.

I have made a good few Halloween pages over the years.....

as we have 2 family birthdays at the end of October, but the fact that this time it included a funny story made Katie's page so much easier to scrapbook.
