Christmas cards

I know many crafters have been making their Christmas cards for months, but I only got mine finished (and started!) last week.
Here are 10 of my favourite festive makes from the past.

Sizzix Santa in green from 2008

My favourite stamp about the true meaning of Christmas

White mistletoe embossing on pink from 2009.

Sizzix embossed reindeer from 2010

Santa suit, I've used this stamp set almost every year I've made cards!

Stamped background Theresa Collins) from 2011

Tree strips cut from a 12x12 sheet 2011

and a sneak peek from 2012; Anna Griffin with stamped background

and trendy kraft with Papermania Home for Christmas

...and my favourite card of all, one made by Harry for his friend when he was 10.

Have to confess, I haven't even started my cards this year . . . it's lovely to look at all your different cards, looks like a lot of love (and hard work) has gone into them!

Have to admit, I've never gotten in to making my own cards, I always think they look pants - like a child would make :D

Love your JYC albums, and look forward to seeing you in class soon ... With your 6x12 albums do you make your own album as its not possible to buy 6x12 anymore?

Yes, I do. I have used the back chipboard page from paper stacks and cut it in half for the covers, then covered in paper of my choice.
This year I've used the covers to a Teresa Collins Home mini book for my album, and just made it look a bit more festive.... it's a little bit bigger than 6x12, but my pages seem to fit inside nicely.
