Catch Up

Here's a page I made for my 2012 album (still ongoing) about the Jubilee weekend.

We were invited to a housewarming party at a friends that coincided with the national celebrations, so lots of red white and blue in evidence.

I got  the idea for the layout from one of my Pinterest pins by Lisa Jane, which in turn had been scraplifted from Scrapbook .com. The scalloped borders are made from punched circles with inked edges (Took an age!)

 The only thing the page fails to capture is how cold and damp the day was, even though it was the beginning of June!
