Regular readers will know that I returned back to work after a very long absence last Monday, but this page is about the Easter holiday when I was still really quite unwell.
I had been stuck in the house for ages, so Kev took me out for a visit to an English Heritage house to save my sanity! We had a lovely (if tiring day) and I even got to go to a craft warehouse I've had a hankering to visit for some time. What with that, new stash and a pub lunch it was a lovely day out.
Papers are from an Amy Tan stack, love the little camera
and the page full of journalling blocks.
The house is Kirby House, well worth a visit if you are in the Midlands; it was used as the set for an adaptation of Jane Austen's Mansfield House, and lent the production a lovely air of faded shabby elegance.
