Giant Gunnera

Last year, while on holiday, we visited the gardens at Upwey in Dorset.

The gunnera plants love the gardens as they have their 'feet' in water and the shady conditions allow for a great rate of growth.

I took photos of the plants last year, with Katie underneath  to give an ides of the size of the leaves.
This LO was made using MME papers the title letters are by Amy Tan and Tim Holtz, all the embellishments  were cut from the papers, the 'enamel dots' are made using Tonic Nuvo drops.

Amazingly enough we visited the gardens this year and with all the rain the plants were even bigger!
