V is for Victory

I visited Hobbycraft last week and was delighted to find a series of American Craft goodies in the sale.  One of them was a string art set reminiscent of the 1970s, when many homes had these (in brown or orange of course) on their walls

.
I used the kit to make a quick layout about Hannah's hair styled at Castle Bromwich Hall during their 1940s day.

As the background was the main feature of the page, I added very little else; a couple of Anna Griffin pocket cards and some of her flowers.

I hand scripted the title, and added two die-cut shapes-roses and a camera-in rose gold. A super speedy layout, all-in-all!
