I used Simple Stories Reset papers and a Close Knit heart backgound paper to make the layout along with flowers cut from a WRMK Tiffany paper (ancient!!)
The word 'Love' was cut from a 3x2" cut-apart, as was the bingo card.
The title 'yes' is cut from fun foam topped with papers from the Reset cards using a Tim Holtz scrpt die.
