This is a journalling challenge started at the beginning of the year here. At the time i decided i had enough to do already, so passed on it. However, since being off work i needed something to keep me busy, so i decided to give it a go. In a way i'm glad i didn't start from the beginning, as having 12 questions to do has made me decide to do them all in a similar way. After all, i feel the key to this is the journalling. So i have just been using my Stampin' Up ink pads to colour the tags, and various stamps to decorate them. 
Some of my journalling is personal, other bits just jokey, here are a few examples....

Great post Ann. I did Emily's playing card prompts about 2 years ago and fell at about half way..the prompts got a it whacky for me..not unlike the 'do you believe in fairies' thing. Love that!
Love your tags! I've been doing this challenge since the beginning and have hit a brick wall with it now (I'm about 4/5 weeks behind). In hindsight I would have done them in the same format as yours.
