This wee
ks challenge on UKS is the scraplift (copy) a page you like from the gallery on UKS. I love stamping, so i went with
this beautiful page by a scrapper who i know loves stamping too. It gave me the chance to really play with my Unity stamps, I think I've used about 10 different stamps on this page all told.
The photo was taken in Hartshill woods when we went there in the Easter holidays with my in laws, it was such a lovely day, we had a picnic, and it was so warm for April.
For the page I used K&Co Remake papers (lovely smooth surface for stamping onto) Unity stamps, Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen lace trim, letters are Thickers, doodlebug and Basic Grey and Cosmo Cricket papers.
The meeting a
t work went better than i expected yesterday, i should be back in work after half term, and will return on a phased basis. I will be out of a job in September, (for the 3rd year in a row) but hope to find somewhere to settle....... and there's always supply :)

Beautiful LO, love the stamps (as per) and the mixed fonts, great effect. As for work - I bet your science classes will be delighted to get you back..hmmm, you have to be very strong to 'phase' a return to a job like yours - take it steady. Hope it doesn't eat into your blogging time too much, this work thing!
Great layout, I love those owls!! Glad your meeting went well, but sorry about September, hope you find somewhere to settle soon x
