Back to School

Hannah decided this year that she would use books to take her notes for her A level studies. So i was sent out last week to look for some spiral bound A4 books. I found these at a fab price in Aldi (£4.99 for 3 books) so i bought her two sets... but they are very dull.

So an hour or so later after playing with stamps, embossing powder and a heat gun this is what we came up with.

The triple embossing was Hannah's idea, and it was nice to look through my Unity stamps, and put them to good use.

Still no secondary jobs about. I have seen two primary teachers posts, but as i have only taught older students, am not sure i would even get a look in.

Just love that Hannah was happy to have her books so adorned...Jenny would have run a mile! Lovely exercise for the stamps. I don't know how recruitment works generally, but as an ex primary governor we'd have been delighted to meet someone who wanted to scale down the size of their pupils! Go for Primary as well...hell, you got nothing to lose and some of the children are still little sponges, waiting to suck up all your science wizardry!

What a wonderful makeover Ann, Hannah will have the bestest books in class!
Im not a teacher, but if I was...I think I would quite prefer the primary children rather than the teens....teens scare me! lol!

Great makeover Ann! Wonder if DS will let me alter his?
Know what you mean about Primary - different world. I did one primary t.p. and decided it wasn't for me.
Have a couple of friends who changed from Sec. to Primary but they had to retrain for a year.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
