Full time this week.

It's feast or famine for me where work is concerned. A friend i used to work with over 10 years ago is a deputy in a Leicestershire school, and phoned looking for a supply teacher. She was surprised to find that i was now on supply, but i have managed to pick up 3 days teaching a week up to half term. Not only that but the agency phoned today offering me work for Thursday and Friday, so i'm full time this week, and i have finally been able to sign off (Hooray!)

Here's a page from a crop a couple of weeks back, I used some very old stash, the embossed background card, and some bang up to date (The Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly patterned paper.) I used a piece of die cut card to cut the shape, and the border, and then used this to prick holes around the other side of the card and complete a frame by stitching it. Photo is of OH and one of his brothers at Christmas.

Hope to be back online before Friday... if i survive the week.

Glad to hear you've cracked it! Good to be back working again.
I think this layout is lovely - you are so creative - and stitching really does add detail to a page. The photos and the colours are perfect too.

The papers match really well on this - old stash does come in useful eventually.
Great news on the job front...Mgt.
