The first of the Birthday pages

I used the challenge on UKS to get me started on Hannah's 18th birthday pages.The challenge this week was to use 3 of 5 colours (I went with blue, pink and white in these Cosmo Cricket Dutch girl papers), add a bit of bling, more than one photo and use a song title/lyric. I took these photos first thing in the morning as she got up (slightly the worse for wear!) to open her presents. She looked as excited as she did when she was a little girl! The frame around the main photo was just hand drawn, then cut out and inked.... and yes that is another MS punch.. when will it ever end!!!!

The cakes along the bottom are stamped (Unity) and paper pieced, the glitter is Beadazzles (am a bit obsessed with this along with MS at the moment).

Title is stamped using Autumn leaves stamps (large) and Doodlebug (small). I have quite a few alphabet stamps i use for titles, they are a little pricey, but this set must have appeared at least a dozen times on various pages, so i think it's money well spent. I have got a new set on order form the States (Tim Holtz!!!) so am looking forward to them arriving.

Hope to get more scrapping done tomorrow as i have printed off quite a few photos of late.
