AWOL

.. in the garden. I couldn't believe it when i checked my blog this morning that I hadn't updated it since Sunday. But as you may realise I have been working in the garden this week, weeding, planting and generally getting a bad back!! As we have a fairly big garden, and it has been left pretty much to itself in parts for a while it has taken a fair amount of effort to sort out, but I am sure it will look great in the Summer. Kev spent much of last summer refurbishing the greenhouse and re-laying the patio it stood on, so it only seems right that we are making full use of it. We are even going to grow our own veg this year (slugs and snails permitting). I made a page for a challenge blog hosted by one of my team-mates on UKS. Dawn set this challenge earlier in the week, and it seemed to perfectly fit these photos I took of Harry at Kenilworth last week.

The papers are by Crate, letters are K&Co and Thickers, and I used a template to cut the shape. Legolas BTW is the bow carrying elf in The Lord of the Rings for those who are not fans!

Am hoping to make another LO tonight, as I have been shopping for stash today... just wondering when I will get to use it all once work starts!!

Bet your garden is looking good - just think of the reward you will reap!
