Not another middle of the night post...

The day before term ends, I wake up with the cats tail in my face (nice!!) at 3am, and can't get back to sleep. What's on my mind??? Well, it's been bothering me all week, and it's the last of my children leaving Primary School. I do feel like this is the end of an era, Hannah has left secondary school, and Harry is leaving his childhood behind, and although I am pleased and proud of my children, I feel so sad that for our family the days of childish things may soon be over. OH just thinks I'm crazy, and as he said to me last night, never mind, you'll be able to spend more time with me now!! :)

A page before my holiday... I picked up an Autumn Leaves 'Kids' kit including a 12x12 album, lovely summery papers, chipboard and stickers all for the ridiculously low price of £3.99 at Home Bargains last week. I bought it for the album really, thinking the papers could go into school, but when I got them home I really liked the papers too. Here's the first page I made about the boys playing in the garden (still children yet!!) earlier this summer.

As there were 2 copies of each of the papers I chopped up one to layer over the other with foam pads. The only other addition not from the kit were the tiny letters. A very quick page, cheap as chips, and better still I like it too!!

Well, after today postings on here will be lean for a while as I head off to the south coast for our annual holiday. Am off to bed to try and get some sleep again, I need my energy as there are sure to be more tears before bed time.

What a bargain Ann and a fab LO to boot!
Thinking of you today - the years go way too fast - my DS is now 21 and all growed up (well, almost - he still has silly moments).
Enjoy your holiday.
Hugs,
Sue xx
