A Midweek post

As I have spent the past few weeks making my Christmas cards I thought I had better start sharing some of them.

I thought I would start with some really simple cards I made with such a cute little stamp set. As an added bonus they are about the true meaning of Christmas too, without being too syrupy or old fashioned. The image was stamped using a Memento ink pad, coloured with Promarkers and backed onto gold mirror card. A ribbon at the bottom, and a small (and very old) Hero Arts postage stamp cut out and slipped behind the image, job done.
Sometimes less really is more... shame i can't follow this mantra with my scrapbook pages, I might get them done in half the time!!

Those cards are absolutely adorable Ann. I don't have time to make my own cards this year but would you mind telling me what make those stamps are? thanks, Lythan

I think they might be by Stampendous, I got them from a UK web site called 'Time to Sow'.
