Buried Treasure

Another page using photos from last years holiday, a good old fashioned burying in the sand the subject. The papers are left over bits from some Cosmo cricket, I cut the leaves and flowers out on the left, and used microbeads and Glossy Accents in the middle of the flowers. The border doesn't lie flat deliberately, I like a bit of 3D going on on my pages. The horizontal border is part hand cut, and part punched (Martha Stewart). Journalling block is stamped (Unity).

The title is part stamped (American Crafts) and part die cut.

It does seem odd looking at the photo with the children basking in the sun, and then outside at the drizzly rain. It's so gloomy today, I'm just glad the days are getting slightly longer.... roll on spring :)
