... after 2 really heavy weeks at work, 2 parents evenings, assessment week and all the marking and data recording that generates and a set of interim reports, just glad to get to Saturday...
As a treat for myself I'm off to the NEC on Sunday to the craft and stitch show; it's not like I need more stash, but I want to see what's out there!
Here's a page I made at the Nuneaton crop last month, using bits and pieces of paper left from a Cosmo Cricket kit I bought a couple of years ago. As i was at a crop with just a couple of bags of stash and no die cutter I had a bit of a brainwave about making the flowers, and just cut a couple of strips of the paper, pleated and glued them and added a couple of layers together. A decorative brad holds them together in the centre.
The photo of the kids is the first with all 3 as teenagers, that time is gone now as Hannah has reached 20.
Have a great weekend, the weather should be great once the fog lifts.

Fabulous page, love your flowers
I'd forgotten it was on - have a brilliant time. Don't spend too much ;0)
Have great time at NEC. Love this page. I adore cosmo cricit.
Well I say, the flowers were genius, not a mere brainwave!! Have a fab time at the NEC...bet you find something slightly off the wall that most of us would walk past, I reckon that's one of your skills in scrapping.
Fantastic layout!! I love the cherries!!
