As I type this blog post, it has been snowing in both Scotland and parts of Northern England-and it is almost May! I share this with you as my next few layouts I will be sharing will be about the day at the beginning of April (remember it?) when the temperatures were in the twenties and we got out the sunscreen and sandals.
I spent one of these days with Hannah in Birmingham, and our final stop was at a bar called The Botanist. I loved the interior -especially the light fittings- and the cocktails made the visit worth-while too!
I do sometimes struggle a little with multi-photo layouts, as I snapped so many, I did want to include them, so a grid style helped me out again.
I used Paige Evans Take Me Away papers (left over from my boaf class last year). I had been wondering how I was going to use he sofa, but it made a perfect mount for part of the title. I added some Anna Griffin flowers as I have so many, and the page was done.
Hope it warms up a little for the coming May bank holiday; I'm not holding my breath!
