As the UKS cyber crop draws to an an end today, along with half term, expect to see a good few layouts over the next week or so made this week, and inspired by UKS members.
This one is the last I made, following a class by helsbels here. The original class was A4 in size, but I converted it to 12x12 for a couple of Halloween photos taken of Harry during the week. As the scouts had a fancy dress night, he went dressed as James Bond, I just can't get over the fact that at 14 his Dad's dinner jacket fit him... it's a bit big over the shoulders, but it didn't look enormous.
I loved the class, and along with many others on UKS this week there were so many new ideas to try out. I will definitely use the stitched shape filled with confetti again!
I used lots of old stash during the week, including this Teen Angst set of papers by WRMK, perfect for a teenage boy's page. As I didn't have a star punch, my old Sizzix paddle punches came to the rescue, I'd almost forgotten I had them, but they are great for making negative space.
Back to work tomorrow... only 8 weeks till Christmas.

I love this - he looks very much the part - and the use of stars against the Kraft is beautiful.
