The title is partly stickers, and the rest is stamped and cut out; a really old set by Autumn Leaves.
I finished it off with a journalling block and a vintage key.

Halloween House
Last year, Hannah and Chris decorated a gingerbread house with lots of Halloween cake decorations...made for a perfect photo!
