We had an amazing day in our second city, and the ballet was so beautiful it brought a tear to my eye. The set was incredible, and the standard of dance glorious. I would definitely see another ballet again, maybe taking both girls.

The Ballet!
I had never been to the ballet before, so when I saw that The Nutcracker was on at the Birmingham Hippodrome, I contacted Hannah and booked a couple of tickets for us.
We had an amazing day in our second city, and the ballet was so beautiful it brought a tear to my eye. The set was incredible, and the standard of dance glorious. I would definitely see another ballet again, maybe taking both girls.

We - My daughter, her husband and their daughter took me to see The Nutcracker a couple of years ago in Cardiff. It was a Russian ballet. It was just wonderful and when we talked about it on the train on the way home I said "I loved the dancing snowflakes with the little snow things dangling from their arms"
"Oh" said Granddaughter, "They were snowflakes on their arms? I thought they were onions ... I wondered why"
