Harry spent yesterday drawing the images for this card, colouring them and cutting them out. He even wrote 'merry christmas' onto strips of card for inside! I absolutely LOVE it, and am so pleased that his drawing skills have really come on.

After a hideous last day of the half term (teenage girls can be particularly horrible!) am glad i have finally made it to half term. I am planning to take photos of the glorious autumn colour this year. katie is having birthday sleepover tomorrow (as long as she finishes her chores!) so this might be a chance to get some good photos too.
I have a portfolio of images to complete over the next week as part of CJs portraiture course i've been doing. Sadly my kids are being TOTALLY on co-operative today, and the weather is great for outside shots. Might have to bribe Harry with a trip to the park!! Well here's a coupl
e of shots i got of the boys before they got too bored in the garden. Loving the autumnal colours at the moment!!!Harry is 10 next week, i really don't know where those 10 years have gone, and looking at the boys is a bitter sweet experience for me. It won't be long now before Harry won't want to spend any time at all with his Mum :(
And here's the LO using these photos for Harry's album. Am pleased with how it turned out, mainly Urban Rhapsody papers (K&Co) and who says you can't use pink on a boys LO!!
crafty shop yesterday (Stampeezee in Coventry) to pick up some more of the lovely Unity stamps. I seem to have gone from being obsessed with birds to loving trees now... although the tree set of stamps did have 2 new birdies in it!! Am planning to use these to make Katies birthday card...don't make many of those these days!!!
inted with the NEC of late, it is quite expensive to get in, there seem to be fewer and fewer interesting exhibitors (far too many peel offs for me!) and the parking fees are simply a rip off. I don't think there will be too many stands at the Hinkley fair, but at only £2.50 a ticket i won't feel too bad about it!
