It's funny thinking back, 19 years seems a long time, but i can remember so many details about the day, it was a cold, sunny and very windy Easter Monday. I went to have my hair done in the morning in the sports car of my friend and bridesmaid (I've never been in a sports car since!), my sister did my hair in the shop she worked in, she opened it specially for the occasion! We drank Bucks Fizz before setting off for the church, and as we live so close to Holy Family the driver took me and Dad the long way round in the Daimler. The mass was lovely, all our friends in the Folk Group sang beautifully, and the church seemed packed. Michael (our best man) made a very funny speech, and everyone, including us, just seemed so happy. And so many years later i don't regret a minute of it...:)
We are going out tonight for a curry (very romantic!) I'm looking forward to sending some time together, just the two of us.
