A perfect gift

The title today gives the theme for the prompt, and i was inspired by looking through my old photos again. This one was taken when Hannah was only about 10 months old, and was the only grandchild on both sides of the family... and how young does Kevin look?! The horse she is sat upon was used for years by all three children, sadly it now sits in the loft as the frame was corroded, and it broke about 6 years ago. I would love to get a new frame for it so we could pass it onto future generations. The rub on i used here is ancient (about 5 years old), and the little felt reindeer are brand new, I'm pleased with how this LO turned out.

Spent this afternoon out with my brother finishing his Christmas shopping, it took him just over 30 minutes in Tescos to get toys for the boys of the family, and a couple of books! This left just enough time to pop into Starbucks for a cherry mocha latte.... yum! We have had a little dusting of snow here, but nothing much to speak of... maybe on Monday :)

I also did get round to making Mum and Dads Christmas card last night, and had a go at one of the easel cards, not tried this before. It also shows how old stash can have new life breathed into it, as the Christmas tree stamp is one of the first i bought when i started card making about 7 years ago.
