Missing from shot....

I did get my new specs today, but haven't got round to taking a photo of them yet (and as I'm having a really bad hair day, this will have to wait until at least tomorrow!) A quick post, here is a LO I made at a crop a couple of weeks back. The papers are by My Minds Eye, and the grassy border is made with a Martha Stewart border punch, title font is a QK one loaned at the crop.

The photos were taken in Tyneham village in Dorset last August, the gorgeous tree is from a template made by Traciedoodles, and the journalling is about me being missing from most family photos.... and no photo of me today either!! How many of us are so worried about our hair, skin, wrinkles and chins that we simply absent ourselves from the photographic record of our families? I think I should try harder to get in front of the lens (once I've lost a few pounds that is.....!!)

LOL ... I laugh when I read your post, it's just so true, we all put off being in front on the camera for some silly reason or another.

Fab layout though :) that tree looks amazing

So, so true Ann, but i have to say I have tried to improve, including making layouts each year about my age!! Scary!! Lovely layout.

I am so in agreement & this year have made a conscious effort to be in front of the lens more often & to include myself in some LO's too! At the end of the day...what are a few lbs/wrinkles/hairs out of place in the grand scheme of things! That is a fab LO..loving the tree!
