Narrow Boat trip page

Regular readers may remember this post from a couple of weeks ago. Well i used the SLYMI challenge from UKS to inspire this LO.

The challenge was to use lots of layers, and a piece of lace. Now lace is something i haven't used in scrapbooking (except at a crop), so the challenge for me was to find a piece of lace.. what, a LO challenge, and me not have the stash to complete it??? After a lot of looking inspiration hit me, maybe there would be a piece of lace in some of the undies i rarely wear (!) Not that i don't wear undies you understand, just that it's usually of the sensible, hold in the wobbly bits type! So after a little search i came across some never worn hold ups, with lace tops. What posessed me to buy these i have no idea, they always used to fall down!! So out came the scissors, and the lace was liberated.

I used lots of old stash in this page Kazoo kids is always a fave for Harry's pages no matter how old it is! And lace.. will i use it again? Maybe. There is, after all, a pair of stockings!
